Set up Aira in 5 minutes

From sign-up to your first morning brief. Sign in, grant access, set markets, approve companies, open Today.

Five steps to go from sign-up to your first morning brief. The whole flow takes about five minutes; the only thing that takes longer is approving the companies Aira's already found for you.

1. Sign in

Go to ai.aira.app on desktop, or download Aira from the App Store or Google Play. Sign in with the same email you use at work, either Google or Microsoft 365. Aira uses the provider you sign in with for everything else.

2. Grant access to your email and calendar

After signing in, Aira asks for permission to read your email and calendar. You can grant it now or skip and grant later from Settings β†’ Integrations.

Aira uses this access to:

  • Find companies you already work with, so they appear in your Portfolio review queue.

  • Build the brief before every meeting.

  • Schedule the Notetaker to join your online calls.

You can revoke this access at any time in your Google or Microsoft account settings.

3. Set your active markets

Active markets tell Aira where to look when it searches for companies or suggests lookalikes. Open Settings β†’ Organization on desktop, or Profile β†’ Active Markets on mobile, and add the European markets your team sells in.

This is an organization-level setting. Changing it affects everyone in your Aira account.

4. Approve your first batch of Companies to review

Within a few minutes of granting email access, your Portfolio will show a Companies to review pill at the top. Open it. Aira has pulled candidate companies from your inbox; approve the ones you actually work with and skip the rest.

You don't have to clear the whole queue today. Come back tomorrow for the next batch.

5. Open Today

Today is your daily view. Open it to see today's meetings. Each one now comes with a brief showing the company's financials, your interaction history, and what to ask. The Notetaker will join each online meeting automatically.
