What is Aira?

A premium AI assistant for sales people: find new customers and grow the ones you have, across 14 European markets.

Aira is a premium AI assistant for sales people who want to find new customers and keep the ones they have, without managing a CRM, importing leads, or logging activities. Your portfolio fills itself from your inbox, your meetings come with a brief, and Aira watches every company you care about for the signals that matter.

This article covers what Aira does day to day and where its data comes from.

What you do with Aira every day

Your Portfolio is the list of companies Aira watches for you. It fills itself from your email. Aira spots companies in your inbox and asks you to approve each one. You can also add companies from Discover, from Recommendations, or by searching.

Discover is a search across 65 million companies in 14 European markets. You describe the kind of companies you're looking for in plain language ("Real estate companies in Sweden with more than 500 employees") and Aira returns ranked matches.

Recommendations suggests lookalike companies based on what's already in your Portfolio. Every suggestion comes with a short explanation of why Aira thinks the match works.

Intel is a single feed of news and official filings on every company you track: annual reports, board changes, ownership moves, news articles. Each signal links straight to the company it's about.

The Notetaker joins your online meetings two minutes before they start, records and transcribes the conversation, and writes a summary you can read or share. Before the meeting, you get a brief with the company's financials, your past interactions, and what to ask.

Where Aira's data comes from

Aira's company data, including financials, board members, ownership, and official filings, comes from Aira's company database, a continuously-updated database of every company across the 14 markets Aira covers.

News articles are aggregated continuously and matched to companies in Aira's company database.

Your own data, including the relationship history, meeting briefs, and Portfolio recommendations, comes from your email and calendar. Aira reads them only if you explicitly grant access, and you can revoke that access at any time.
