Install the Aira card on HubSpot company records

Put Aira's company intel inside HubSpot: financials, ownership, people, news, on every company record's sidebar.

After connecting HubSpot to Aira, add the Aira card to your HubSpot company records. It puts Aira's company intelligence (financials, ownership, key people, recent news, and similar companies) right inside HubSpot, on the records your team already works in.

What the Aira card shows

On each company record, the Aira card displays:

  • Headline facts: revenue, employees, founded year.

  • Ownership: parent company and key shareholders.

  • Key people.

  • Recent news from Aira's Intel feed.

  • Similar companies you might want to prospect.

It's the same intelligence you'd see on the Aira Company card, shown inside HubSpot.

Add the card

Do this once in HubSpot (not in Aira). Open a company record and:

  1. Click Customize in the top right, to the right of the tabs.

  2. Click the view you use to edit it. For most teams that's the default view.

  3. In the layout editor, click Add card.

  4. Select Card library, search for Aira, and on the Aira tab card click Add card.

  5. Save the layout.

Confirm it worked

Open any company record in HubSpot. The Aira card now appears with that company's intelligence loaded. If a record looks empty, check the troubleshooting tips in Customize your HubSpot record layout to show the Aira card.

Show the card to your whole team

The card applies to the view you edited. To make it appear for every teammate, add it to your team's shared default view, or ask a HubSpot admin to. See Customize your HubSpot record layout to show the Aira card.
