Connect HubSpot to Aira

Sync companies and contacts with HubSpot. After connecting, install the Aira card on HubSpot company records.

Connecting HubSpot lets Aira read the companies and contacts you already have in your CRM. Aira shows an "Already in HubSpot" badge on every Company card where a match exists in your HubSpot account.

Open Settings β†’ Integrations

  • Desktop: Settings β†’ Integrations. Scroll to the CRM section.

HubSpot is the first CRM in the list. There's a Connect button on its row.

Connect HubSpot

Click Connect. The HubSpot OAuth window opens. Sign in to HubSpot if you aren't already, and authorise Aira.

Aira asks HubSpot for read access to:

  • Companies, so Aira can match them to your Portfolio.

  • Contacts, so Aira knows which people at each company are tracked in your CRM.

After authorising, you're returned to Aira. The HubSpot row now shows Connected with a Disconnect button.

What syncs

Aira reads from HubSpot to show "Already in HubSpot" badges and surface CRM context. Specifically, Aira reads every company record (matched by name and domain to companies in Aira's company database) and every contact record (matched by email).

The sync runs continuously in the background.

The "HubSpot" badge

Open any Company card in Aira. Top-right, you'll see a checkmark with Already in HubSpot when the company exists in your HubSpot account. Or a button that says Add to HubSpot if they don't exist - click that button and the company will be automatically created in your HubSpot account.

Disconnect

Open Settings β†’ Integrations and click Disconnect on the HubSpot row. Aira stops reading from HubSpot immediately. The data Aira already had is retained.
