Connecting Salesforce lets Aira sync the companies and contacts already in your CRM, write company intelligence back into Salesforce, and add the Aira panel to your Account and Contact record pages.
Connect Salesforce
In Aira on desktop:
Click your name in the bottom left corner.
Click the Integrations tab.
Under CRM, find Salesforce and click Connect.
The Salesforce login opens. Sign in and authorise Aira.
What appears after connecting
Once Salesforce is connected, the Salesforce row gains three controls, Signals, Field mapping and Disconnect, and a separate Install Aira in Salesforce card appears below the CRM rows. The card is the second step that puts the Aira panel on your record pages.
Choose which fields Aira writes to Salesforce
Aira can write company details back into Salesforce, such as company name, website, employee count and industry. You control every field and the condition under which Aira may write it. See Choose which fields Aira writes to Salesforce.
Send company signals to Salesforce
Aira can also send company signals, such as a new annual report or a change of director, into Salesforce for your workflows to act on. See Choose which signals Aira syncs to Salesforce.
Install the Aira panel in Salesforce
To show Aira's company intelligence on your Salesforce Account and Contact records, install the Aira package and add the Aira component to your record pages. See Install the Aira panel in Salesforce.
Who owns what
Once Salesforce is connected, Aira also mirrors the people in your CRM and which company each one owns, so ownership stays in sync from Salesforce. See How Aira syncs users and company ownership from your CRM.
Disconnect
Click your name in the bottom left corner, open the Integrations tab, and click Disconnect on the Salesforce row. Aira stops syncing with Salesforce immediately. The data Aira already had is retained.
