Choose which signals Aira syncs to Salesforce

Use signal sync to control which company signals Aira sends into Salesforce for your workflows to act on.

Signal sync controls which company signals Aira sends into Salesforce. Aira watches the companies you track for meaningful changes, and when a signal you've switched on lands, it flows into Salesforce so your own workflows can act on it.

Open signal sync

In Aira on desktop, click your name in the bottom left corner, open the Integrations tab, and on the Salesforce row click Signals.

The Signal sync page in Aira settings, showing signal categories including Official filings, Financial, Risk and legal, Growth, and News and web with per-signal toggles

How signals work

A signal is a notable change at a company, such as a new annual report or a change of director. Aira detects these changes and, for every signal you keep switched on, syncs it into Salesforce. What happens next is up to you: your Salesforce workflows and automation decide how to act when a signal arrives.

Signal categories

Signals are grouped into categories, each holding related signals you can turn on or off individually:

  • Official filings, such as a registered address change, a company status change (insolvency, liquidation or reconstruction), a board or director change, or a new annual report filed.

  • Financial

  • Risk & legal

  • Growth

  • News & web

A counter next to each category, and at the top of the page, shows how many signals are on.

Turn signals on or off

Signals are off by default, so nothing syncs into Salesforce until you turn it on. Select a category to see the individual signals inside it, then switch on the ones you want flowing into Salesforce. Use Disable all on a category to switch it off at once, and switch signals back on the same way whenever you need them.
