Field mapping controls exactly which company fields Aira writes into HubSpot, and the condition under which each one may be written. Aira only writes company data, and only the fields you switch on.
Open field mapping
In Aira on desktop, click your name in the bottom left corner, open the Integrations tab, and on the HubSpot row click Field mapping.
Set the company identifier
At the top, choose which HubSpot property holds each company's organisation number. This gives Aira a stable way to recognise a company beyond its domain.
The default is Organization number (Aira), a property Aira creates in HubSpot and keeps filled in. Nothing else writes to it. You can point this to an existing property instead if you already store organisation numbers in HubSpot.
Turn fields on or off
Below the identifier, the fields Aira can write are grouped into Company details, Financials, Web & social, and Address. Each row has a switch and a write condition. A counter at the top of each group shows how many fields are on.
Switch on any field you want Aira to keep filled in HubSpot, and switch off any it should leave alone.
Choose which HubSpot field to write into
Most fields have a target selector next to their switch. By default Aira writes into a property it manages for that field, shown as Default. Open the selector to point Aira at one of your existing HubSpot properties instead, or search the list to find one. You can also create a new custom property for Aira to write into, so its data stays separate from anything your team maintains.
Choose when Aira may write
Each field has a write condition. If empty means Aira only fills the field when it's blank in HubSpot, so it never overwrites a value your team entered. Set the condition per field to match how much you want Aira to manage.
What's on by default
To start, Aira switches on a small set of core fields, each set to If empty: company name, phone, website, employees, description, industry, and the organisation number. Everything else, including financials, web and social, and address, is off until you turn it on.
