Choose what the Aira widget shows on your Salesforce records

Reorder and hide the sections the Aira widget shows on Salesforce records, separately for the main column and the sidebar.

The Aira widget appears on your Salesforce records as the Aira panel. Widget layout lets you decide what it shows: reorder the sections, hide the ones you don't need, and set it all separately for company records and contact records.

The Widget layout page for Salesforce showing the main column and sidebar section lists, each with a drag handle and a visibility switch

Open Widget layout

Open Settings, go to CRM, select Salesforce, and choose Widget layout. You'll see the layout for one record type at a time, with two lists side by side: the main column and the sidebar.

Widget layout controls what appears inside the Aira panel. To add the panel to your Salesforce records in the first place, see Install the Aira panel in Salesforce.

Main column and sidebar

The two lists match where the Aira panel sits on a Salesforce record page: the main column and the right sidebar. Each keeps its own order and its own set of visible sections, so you can show the full picture in the main column and keep the sidebar to the essentials.

Switch between company and contact records

Use the tabs at the top to switch between Company records and Contact records. Each record type keeps its own layout, so changes you make on one don't affect the other.

Reorder and hide sections

Drag a section by the handle on its left to move it up or down. Use the switch on the right to show or hide it. On company records the sections include Top signal, Recent news & activity, Ownership structure, Financials, People, and Similar companies; contact records have their own set. Order and visibility apply only to the list you're editing, main column or sidebar.

Sections without data for a company are hidden automatically, whatever the layout says. If a company has no ownership data, for example, that section won't appear even when it's switched on.

Save or reset your layout

Save layout becomes available once you've made a change: select it to apply what you've set up. Reset to default returns the record type you're editing to Aira's standard order and visibility.
