Manage your subscription

Update your card, change your billing email, download invoices, or cancel, all from the billing portal.

Your subscription, payment method, billing email, invoices, and cancellation all live in Aira's billing portal: a hosted page powered by Stripe.

Open the billing portal

  • Desktop: Settings → Administration → Billing. The arrow icon next to Billing indicates the portal opens in a new tab.

  • Mobile: tap your avatar (top-right) → Settings → Manage subscription. On mobile, this redirects you to ai.aira.app to sign in and manage your subscription on desktop.

You sign in with the same email you use for Aira; the portal verifies you're the billing contact before letting you make changes.

Update your card

Click Update payment method. Enter your new card details. The change applies to your next bill.

Update your billing email

Click Update billing details. Change the email address invoices and receipts are sent to. This is independent of your sign-in email, so you can send invoices to your finance team while you sign in with your own address.

View invoices

Every invoice is in Invoice history at the bottom of the portal. Click any line to download the PDF. You can also forward invoices to your accounts team directly from the portal.

Cancel your membership

Click Cancel subscription. The portal asks you to confirm. After cancelling:

  • Your membership runs to the end of the current billing period.

  • You're not billed again.

  • Your data is retained for a short period in case you come back, then permanently deleted.

You can re-subscribe any time. Open Settings → Billing and click Renew Subscription.
