Deals is Aira's built-in pipeline tracker. Log the opportunities you are working on, give each one an expected value and a close date, set your next step, and Aira keeps the list ordered so the deals that need you sit at the top. It lives right next to your company research, so a deal is never more than a click from the company behind it.
The deals list
Open Deals from the main navigation to see every open deal in one place. The summary line at the top shows your open pipeline value and deal count, alongside this quarter's won and lost totals and your win rate.
Use Group by to change how the list is organised:
Attention (the default) sorts deals into three bands so the ones that need action surface first:
Needs attention: overdue, or closing soon with no next step.
Quiet: no next step yet.
On track: has an upcoming next step.
Month, Quarter, and Year group the same deals by their expected close date instead, each with its own subtotal.
Every view ends with a total row showing the combined value of your open deals.
Create a deal
Select New deal, choose the company, and fill in:
Description: what the deal is for.
Expected value: the amount, in your organisation's currency.
Expected close date.
Select Create deal and it appears in your list. You can also start a deal straight from a company's card using New deal there. A single company can have several active deals at once.
Work a deal
Select any deal to open its detail panel. From here you can:
Add a next step with a due date, then mark it done when it is complete. A deal with no next step is flagged so it does not slip through.
Edit the description, value, and expected close date at any time. A deal's value often grows as it develops, so update it as you go.
Add a person from the company's contacts, so you know who you are dealing with.
Log a note to keep a record of where things stand.
At the top of the panel, Aira tracks days to close, days open, and your last activity on the deal.
Mark a deal won or lost
When a deal closes, open it and select Mark won or Mark lost. The deal moves out of your open list, and its amount feeds the won, lost, and win rate figures in the summary. You can still find a closed deal on its company's card, and re-open it from there if things change.
Deals on the company card
Every company card has a Deals section showing that company's active value and lifetime won, along with each open deal. It is the quickest way to see your commercial history with a company while you are reading its profile.
On mobile
Deals work the same way in the Aira mobile app. Open Deals from the bottom navigation for the same grouped list and deal details, add a deal with Add deal, and see a company's active deals on its card.
